Preparation

Cook the diced onions in butter without browning them and add the apple cut into cubes. Incorporate the flour and dilute with the white wine. Add the vegetable stock, milk and cream and let simmer. Season with salt, pepper, ginger and horseradish to taste. Season with a drop of apple vinegar and serve with a smile.

Christine’s Tip:

I like to serve this soup with caramelized apples, to give it that extra touch. You can also add bread croutons sautéed in butter. Enjoy your Apple Soup!
