Ingredients (4-6 servings)
- 4 apples RedPop®
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 175 g flour
- lemon

Preparation
Slice the apples into wedges and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Use a flan mould, butter the base and arrange the apple wedges so that they are very close together. Work the butter, sugar and flour with a fork until you get a grainy dough, then spread it over the apples. Bake at 180° Celsius for 30 minutes, until the dough becomes a golden colour. Serve with a smile!
Elisabeth's tip:
For those who like the taste, we recommend adding a pinch of cinnamon to the dough. Enjoy!
