Ingredients apple and asimin tiramisu

Preparation

Cut up the asimin fruit, remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Reduce to a puree. Whip the cream with the sugar, vanilla and rum until stiff. Then stir in the plain yogurt. Line the bowl with the ladyfingers soaked in apple juice. After this, make a layer of paw-paw puree, and finally the yogurt and cream-based mixture. Repeat the process until the bowl is filled. Serve with a smile.

Evi’s Tip:

Apple and asimin tiramisu tastes especially delicious when the juice of a sour apple is used. The acidic note in the apple combined with the sweetness of the paw-paw puree livens up this particularly good combination. Enjoy!
